Its control system is controlled by PANASONIC producing the programmable controller of PLC. Frequency timing, reliable running, Adopting international name brand photo-electricity controlling system controlled when bottles are lacking and blocking then cease automatically, having multifold protecting functions, materials touching with bottles conform to the requirements of GMP completely. (the function of PC2000III Frequency- converted Automatic High Speed capping machine is similar as PC2000I, selecting rising sort cap equipment in case that filling more convenient.)
