AQCQ ultrasonic cleaner for vial bottle

This machine is suitable for 1-20ml ampoule, 2-100ml vial, oral liquor bottle etc..

Character:

Adopt PLC controlling ,touch screen operating, freely adjusting the time of Ultrasonic washing. And can get rid of the surplus water in bottle. And adopt plate washing method to prevent bottle breaking. The ultrasonic washing machine meet the standards of GMP standard.

Working principle:

Push the plate which filled with ampoule bottles into washing, automatically filling water, when there is start signal press the PLC control button, when the plate descend into water, the cylinder will push plate into the ultrasonic energy exchangers, the washing time is about 25 minutes. After ultrasonic washing, the plates come into the rotation plate and then rotate 180⁰. To wash the outside of bottle by spraying and gas, then the bottles pushed by top cylinder come into the next inside washing process, the bottle plate break away the water, the mouth of bottle open adown. The washing head insert into the bottle, washing it by spraying water, gas, recycle three time.(Could be set in program).Then the gas washing will get rid of the surplus water inside the bottles. The finished bottles will automatically come out from outlet. Through the transition plates, the ampoule bottles will come into the tunnel sterilization and drying machine.
