Introduction

GF series Powder Filling Machine is an automatic machine to fill powder material into pre-prepared packages or boxes with certain amounts of weight. The operator puts the packages under the filling mouth and step on the switch, which starts the step motor and moves the feeding screw, and achieves the filling process.

Working Principle

The powder in the hopper is transferred into the packages with the movement of the feeding screw, and the amount is decided by the rounds the feeding screw turns. The more rounds the feeding screw turns, the more powder is filled. The step motor that starts the feeding screw works according to the pre-set parameter. The bigger the parameter is, the more rounds the feeding screw will turn and the more powder will be filled. Adjust the parameter till within the accuracy range.
